No it's not bad at all to eat fruit at night and fruit makes a very healthy bed time snack or a good food to eat before going to bed.
I like to eat fruit such as orange slices, apple slices, berries etc before bed to keep my stomach full after a meal and the fruits I eat are very healthy so I benefit from eating the fruit at night or at any other time during the day.
Fruit is also very low in calories so it's okay to eat fruit at night even when you're losing weight as you won't gain anymore weight while eating fruit at night or throughout the daytime.
Fruits contain a lot of vitamins and nutrients as well so fruit is a very health snack.
Many fruits also contain many antioxidants to help ward off diseases and other conditions.
So if you're needing a late night snack or just a snack before bed then fruit makes a much better bed time snack than chips or any other junk food does.
