The way I remove sticky stuff or the slime from the lady fingers I cook is I soak the lady fingers in a bowl of vinegar for an hour before cooking the lady fingers.
Soaking the lady fingers in the vinegar will help to remove the sticky stuff or slime from the lady fingers which will help prevent the lady fingers from sticking when cooking.
You can also squeeze some lemon juice from a lemon into the pan onto the lady fingers while cooking them which also adds a good flavor to the lady fingers.
And the lemon juice also helps prevent the lady fingers from sticking and helps to remove the slime.
