Brie cheese is made from either whole or semi skimmed cow's milk.
To make Brie Cheese Rennet is added in to raw milk and heated to a temperature of 37°C or 98.6 F to obtain the curd of the brie cheese.
After that the brie cheese is then cast into molds and then several layers of the brie cheese are filled into mold and then kept for around 18 hours.
Then the brie cheese is ready to eat.
Brie cheese is a pretty good cheese although at first you might not like it but after awhile you might get used to it.
It took me a few months to get used to the taste of the Brie Cheese but now I love it.
