In my opinion brie cheese does taste good but your taste can vary as some people like brie cheese while other people do not.
Brie cheese has a soft texture, sometimes slightly runny and can have a bad taste to it for some people including myself when I first tasted Brie Cheese.
But after eating brie cheese for a few months I started getting used to the taste of brie cheese and starting loving the taste.
So at first you might not like the taste of brie cheese but after awhile you may begin to like it.
The brie cheese is covered in iconic white mold rinds but is pretty good tasting and very edible even though brie cheese looks like it's bad it really is not.
