If you're making Lasagna and do not have any nutmeg on hand you can use pumpkin pie spice.

Pumpkin pie spice is a good substitute for nutmeg when making lasagna or any other food or recipe that calls for nutmeg.

Pumpkin pie spice has nutmeg in it too so you would be getting nutmeg in the recipe anyway.

If you don't have any pumpkin pie spice but have some cinnamon that is ground cinnamon then ground cinnamon will be another good substitute for the nutmeg in Lasagna and other recipes.

I've used both pumpkin pie spice and ground cinnamon before when I ran out of nutmeg and was wanting to make Lasagna.
