Avocados are a great source of fiber.
One avocado contains around 12 to 14 grams of fiber so if you eat avocados when constipated they can help get your bowels moving.
You may need to eat around 4 or 5 avocados before your bowels get moving but after awhile you should be able to poop again.
If you're still unable to poop then you might need to eat a few more avocados or drink some prune juice or eat prunes.
Taking some blackstrap molasses can also help get rid of constipation or try upping your intake of fiber based foods.
