Eating too much fruit is not harmful to your health and in fact the more fruit you eat the healthier you'll be.
Fruits are high in nutrients and satisfyingly filling and will give you lots of energy so you can eat all the fruit you want to eat without harming your health.
The worse that would happen if you eat too much fruit is you might gain weight due to the natural sugar content in the fruit or you might get diarrhea or a stomach ache from overeating the fruit.
But there's no other harm in eating as many fruits as you want too other than becoming temporarily sick with a stomach ache or get bloated or have diarrhea.
I eat a lot of fruit but will stop eating fruit when I start to have a stomach ache from it.
Fruits though are natural real food and are very healthy for us.
