Cottage Cheese is healthy and perfectly fine to have as a late night snack.
I like to eat some cottage cheese before bed and sometimes I'll get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom then I'll make my way to the refrigerator to get out some cottage cheese and eat it before going back to bed.
I've never had any problems with enjoying cottage cheese as a late night snack or just eating a lot of cottage cheese throughout the day.
Consuming cottage cheese as a late night snack or at anytime during the day or in the middle of the night is okay as cottage cheese is high in protein and low in carbohydrates.
