Sourdough bread is a healthier bread than white bread as the sourdough bread goes through a a fermentation process that can alter its starches, making the sourdough bread healthier.
Sourdough bread in my opinion is also better tasting bread and I love and prefer to eat sourdough bread more than white bread.
Although white bread is also good and healthy for you the sourdough bread is much healthier than the white bread.
Also if you're trying to lose weight then eating sourdough bread is better than white bread or other breads because sourdough bread is high in fiber which also reduces your body's production of insulin, and will smooth out your blood sugar levels.
You'll be much healthier when eating sourdough bread and it has better health benefits than regular white bread.
