Both Sourdough bread and regular bread are healthy to eat and nutritious.
But yes Sourdough Bread does have more nutrients and is overall more healthier and nutritious than regular bread is.
Sourdough bread is most often made from the same flour as the regular bread and other bread types but the fermentation process in which sourdough bread goes through unlike the regular bread improves the sourdough breads nutrition value in several ways.
Sourdough bread also contains good bacteria unlike regular bread which makes you much healthier and I also love sourdough bread better than regular bread.
So I consume more sourdough bread than I do regular bread although I do still eat some regular bread sometimes.
