Most food pantries allow you to come to the food pantry once every 30 days so you can go to one food pantry once per month.
Sometimes you might be able to go to another food pantry or food bank during those 30 days as long as it's another food pantry.
Usually they will not know if you've been to another food pantry or food bank and sometimes you can get more help from them.
Food pantries are good to have to help people with food when they need it but they have a lot of people to share food with so that's why they limit your visit to once per month.
