Meat is healthy in moderation but I certainly wouldn't eat mainly meat everyday even though meat is delicious and is nutritious in some ways.
You do need meat in your diet but I would at least skip a few days per week and avoid meat on those days and then only eat meat maybe 4 days per week.
Eating meat and especially lean meats everyday can be harmful to your health and increase your risk for heart disease.
But in moderation meats are perfectly fine and healthy to eat.
It's recommended by health professionals that you eat no more than 70 G of meat per day and if you're eating more than that amount then you need to cut back to at least 70 G of meat to stay healthy.
