When you drink celery juice in moderation the celery juice should actually make you less bloated and flush toxins out of your body.
So you should feel more energized and feel less bloated when drinking celery juice but if you do drink too much celery juice it can lead to bloating.
I only drink one glass of celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach and it makes me less bloated and increases my energy as well.
I did try drinking 2 to 3 glasses of celery juice per day because it was so good but then it made me bloated but when I drink only 1 glass of celery juice per day I don't feel bloated.
