Is it healthy to eat burgers?

Burgers or hamburgers are healthy to eat in moderation but eating too many burgers or hamburgers can cause weight gain and cause your cholesterol levels to go up.

When you get too much fattening from the meat it can lead to heart disease and heart attacks so it's best to not eat too many burgers as in everyday.

But if you do eat a hamburger everyday I would eat no more than one or two per day and add some vegetables and fruits to your diet to stay healthy and fit.

Eating nothing but meat and hamburgers can cause you to lose energy but the fruits and vegetables will help increase your energy levels.
