Fried chicken on a daily basis is not healthy nor is any other fried foods because the fried foods can lead to heart disease and other health problems.
But fried chicken is okay in moderation.
However chicken that is not fried is healthy for you and you can eat chicken on a daily basis when you use other cooking methods such as boiling, grilling, roasting or baking instead of frying the chicken.
When you cook the chicken using the other methods the chicken is perfectly healthy for you to eat on a daily basis.
However I would not be able to eat chicken on a daily basis without getting tired of it but it's not gonna hurt you.
