Once you cook the sauerkraut and pork and store it properly in the refrigerator the sauerkraut and pork will keep for up to 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator.

If you want to keep the sauerkraut and pork longer than 5 days you should place it in a sealed container and freeze it.

When frozen the sauerkraut and pork will keep from 6 months to a year before it goes bad.

I keep sauerkraut and pork in the freezer if I plan to keep it longer than 4 to 5 days but if I eat it within 4 to 5 days I just refrigerate it and it keeps just fine for 5 days.
