Cucumbers are pretty nutritional and make a great snack and food for people trying to lose weight since they're pretty low in calories as well as keeping your stomach full.

Cucumbers contain 4 percent of potassium, 3 percent of fiber, 4 percent of Vitamin C.

Cucumbers also contain some amount of vitamin K, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, manganese and vitamin A.

So that makes cucumbers very nutritional and they are also good for improving your energy levels as well.

I love cucumbers and eat them on an almost daily basis and love to put cucumbers sliced up into my salads and they're great for your health and very delicious.
