Is the sugar from fruit bad for you?

Eating too much sugar is not healthy for anyone but the sugar contained in fruit is much healthier than the sugar you buy in the store.

So it's healthier to eat more sugar that is contained in the fruit than it is to eat the same amount of sugar that comes from the bag of sugar.

Also some people think that eating fruits when trying to lose weight causes weight gain because of the natural sugar content but that's really not true and if you eat small amounts of fruits while losing weight you still can lose weight even though the fruits contain natural sugar.

The sugar contained naturally in fruit is less fattening than the sugar you buy in a bag so the sugar in fruits are more healthy for you and even diabetics can have some fruits that even have the natural sugar but just avoid eating too much of the fruit.
