Walmart does sell the Ghost Pepper and Ghost Peppers and you can buy the Ghost Peppers in a bag or you can buy a single Ghost Pepper.
Buying more than one Ghost Pepper usually saves money but the Ghost Pepper is a pretty darn hot pepper and is considered to be one of the hottest peppers in the world.
I bought one Ghost Pepper before and could not finish it all even though it was good but I threw the rest of the Ghost Pepper out.
So be prepared to have something such as milk ready to cook your mouth off once you bite into a Ghost Pepper as they will set your mouth on fire.
If you're congested then the Ghost Pepper will get rid of the congestion pretty quick.
