Can hotels see what you do on WiFi?

If the hotel has the WiFi router setup to track your browsing history through a DNS server etc then they could potentially see what you're browsing.

However most hotels are not really interested in seeing what you're browsing and really don't care what you're browsing through their WiFi as long as it's legal and won't get them into trouble.

Many people have browsed porn and downloaded lots of potentially illegal things through a hotels WiFi and no one really cares about it.

All the hotel really cares about is your stay at the hotel and the money you bring them to stay at the hotel.

They could potentially see what you're browsing through their internet but like I said they likely do not care one bit about what you're browsing through their internet.
