Natural Peanut Butter is usually the much healthier option when it comes to peanut butter as natural peanut butter contains less saturated fat whereas regular peanut butter contains more saturated fat which increases your risk for heart disease.

So since the natural peanut butter contains less saturated fat and no other preservatives the natural peanut butter is healthier for you.

I find natural peanut butter is much tastier as well and prefer natural peanut butter over regular non natural peanut butter.

Peanut Butter is a good source of protein and healthy fats as well.
