When intermittent fasting drinking some coffee is okay and should not break the fast.

Some people say they also add a bit of cream to the coffee and it still doesn't break the fast but it's not really recommended to add cream to the coffee because it can add some calories which could potentially break the fast.

So if you do drink coffee while intermittent fasting I would avoid adding any cream or sugar or anything else to the coffee that could be fattening or contain calories or you would likely break the intermittent fasting.

Drinking tea is also okay while intermittent fasting without the sugar.

But water is the best thing to drink when you're intermittent fasting to help with weight loss or anything else.
