One Potato contains around 100 calories so if you're trying to lose weight then eating potatoes everyday may cause more weight gain instead of weight loss.
But eating potatoes everyday is not gonna harm you and they're very healthy for you but I've heard that eating too many potatoes may increase your blood pressure and lead to hypertension.
So just keep check on your blood pressure and if your blood pressure is going up then you might want to cut back on the potatoes.
I used to eat a lot of potatoes as a kid and I stayed very healthy although some doctors are saying that too many potatoes are unhealthy for you but I would say they're not.
