In most cases yes the salmonella that is in the eggs is usually killed by the heat when cooking the eggs.

As long as you cook the eggs properly and not leave the eggs runny then the eggs should no longer contain the bacteria that causes Salmonella.

That goes for other foods as well that could contain Salmonella including chicken and beef and as long as you cook the foods all the way through the salmonella should be killed off.

It's not a guarantee though that you won't get sick from salmonella but cooking the food reduces your chances of getting sick with the Salmonella.
