If the eggs have been refrigerated previously then you really should keep the eggs refrigerated until you use them up.
Although I've never had a problem leaving the eggs out on the counter for a few days before I used them when I didn't have enough room in the refrigerator.
If I were to keep the eggs longer than a few days I would refrigerate them especially if they are store bought eggs to keep the bacteria down.
But it's safe to keep the eggs out of the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 days but any longer than that then they should be refrigerated.
