Coconuts are healthy for you so coconut flour is just as healthy or even sometimes healthier than regular flour.

Both Coconut Flour and All Purpose Flour are healthy to cook and bake with but the coconut flour is a healthier alternative to all purpose flour because coconut flour contains and is high in Omega-6 PUFA which is inflammatory.

Coconut Flour is also high in protein and Fiber and low in sugar, digestible carbohydrates and calories which makes coconut flour a healthier alternative.

Coconut Flour is also free of grains and wheat and low on the glycemic index score.

You can use Coconut Flour where All Purpose flour is called for in a recipe but it may not turn out as good as if you used regular flour instead of Coconut Flour.
