Zucchini is healthy both cooked and raw but you get most of the health benefits when eating zucchini raw.
I like to eat Zucchini Raw on salads myself as well as snacking on the Zucchini.
I also love eating the Zucchini cooked as well but you can eat Zucchini Raw if you want too.
