Most home WiFi routers do not have the capabilities setup by default to track internet history however if someone is really tech savvy enough to do so they can install software and configure the router to store and track browsing history and see the websites you visit and the things you download.

However if the person is not tech savvy enough to do that then they're likely not even looking at the logs in the WiFi router.

In a WiFi router though you can see what devices are connected to the WiFi router so they can detect if someone is on their WiFi that shouldn't be.

But the browsing history and internet history is not usually tracked through most WiFi routers however it can become very possible to do so if someone knows what they're doing with computers and networks.
