When you try to visit a website and get the error Err_connection_reset it means that the server unexpectedly closed the connection.
It could mean that a DNS server is down or the website is being overloaded with too many connections causing the server to close those connections.
It can also be a problem that is between your ISP and the data center where the website is hosted.
There's nothing you can do to fix it but just wait and the problem should resolve itself.
