Grilled Chicken is healthier than fried chicken since when you're grilling the chicken you're not using cooking oils that saturate the chicken which makes the chicken not as healthy to eat.
So when you want good healthy chicken it's better to either grill the chicken or bake the chicken.
Still it's okay to eat fried chicken in moderation but when eating chicken the most grilling or baking the chicken will be a much healthier way of cooking the chicken.
Grilled chicken also tastes better to me than fried chicken in my opinion.
