To remove Pam Residue or other cooking oils from pans you can place the pan in the sink or in a larger bucket or pan and then put some Dawn Dish Detergent into the pan and then add some baking soda to the pan as well.

Add some hot water to the sink or the bucket or whatever you put the pan in and then add enough hot water to cover the pan and let it soak for a few hours.

Then take a scrub brush and scrub the Pam Residue or cooking oils out of the pan.

Dawn Dish Soap will help break down and dissolve the grease and Pam Residue from the pan and then the baking soda will also help lift it away.

Then you can wash the pans again in just some soap and rinse them out good.
