Cryovac meat can last up to 4 to 7 days in the refrigerator before going bad.
I would recommend eating the Cryovac meat before 7 days though if you just leave it in the refrigerator.
If you want to keep the Cryovac meat longer I would recommend freezing it especially if you want to keep it for 7 days because although it should last 7 days in the refrigerator in the Cryovac package it would be safer to freeze it.
When frozen the meat won't grow bacteria on it as fast like it would in the refrigerator.
