Cooked food that has been vacuum sealed in a vacuum sealed bag will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week or 10 days before going bad depending on the type of food that is vacuum sealed.

For meats they should last up to 7 days while other foods may last up to 10 days.

To keep the cooked food or meat in the vacuum sealed bag longer than 7 to 10 days you should freeze it instead since when the food is frozen bacteria cannot grow on the food or meat.

I've kept vacuum sealed food and meat in the freezer for up to a year before without it going bad although it just wasn't as fresh it was still safe to eat.
