Garlic when eaten raw and cooked is very good for your health.
Garlic contains good antioxidants and vitamins which can help fight the cold and flu virus and may even prevent the flu and cold from every occurring but there's no guarantee of that.
I do find though that since I've started eating more garlic I don't get the cold or flu virus as often as I used to so I would say it's likely a result of eating the garlic.
Garlic can also help protect against organ damage too and garlic is also good for lowering cholesterol, lowering your blood pressure and regulating your blood pressure and blood sugar levels to keep them at a healthy level.
Eating raw garlic can also help repel mosquitoes because when you sweat you'll be putting out a garlic scent that the mosquitoes can detect and they will stay away from you.
