I've tried Penguin Meat before but it's been around 10 years since I've eaten Penguin meat but the Penguin meat tasted pretty good and from what I can recall the penguin meat tasted sort of like beef, Canvas Backed Duck, and Cod Fish put together.
It was pretty good tasting though and I would certainly eat some more Penguin meat again if I could try some but I only did so on a vacation those 10 years ago.
I would say it makes good stew as well and wish I had some more Penguin meat but it's hard to come across.
