Pork can last refrigerated for up to 2 days after the use by date.

But you can make pork last longer if you freeze the pork and even past the use by date the pork when frozen will keep for around 6 months to a year.

You can keep many meats way past the use by date as long as it's frozen and although the meat will not be as fresh as before the meat will still be very safe to eat as long as you keep the meat or pork meat frozen.
