Seltzer Water is okay to drink in moderation and can provide you with some health benefits but yes if you drink too much seltzer water it can lead to kidney problems such as kidney stones, kidney disease and even complete kidney failure.
I drink a bit of seltzer water but I limit my intake of the seltzer water after I developed kidney stones and my doctor said I should slow down on the Seltzer water to prevent future kidney stones.
So if you want to keep your kidneys healthy avoid drinking too much seltzer water and drink regular water.
