It's okay to drink sparkling water in moderation but yes drinking too much sparkling water is bad for you and your health.
Sparkling water is just like soda and other fizzy soft drinks and can lead to bladder infections, kidney stones and even kidney disease and kidney failure.
So if you're drinking sparkling water you should also drink regular plain water to help keep your kidneys flushed out and prevent kidney disease.
I drink some sparkling water but also drink plenty of plain old water from the tap and in bottled water.
