Yes there is no harm in freezing meat again after you defrost it.
I take out some meat such as hamburger meat and defrost it and then whatever I don't cook I put back in the freezer again until I'm ready to defrost it again and cook it.
Never been a problem refreezing meat after defrosting although some people say it's not a good idea to refreeze meat but I've done it for years and my mother has done the same thing for years and it's never harmed us.
