Hotdogs are good for up to 2 weeks after the use by date as long as they're kept properly refrigerated.
You can keep the hotdogs for a few months to 6 months if you keep the hotdogs refrigerated.
Once you purchase the hotdogs you should get them home as soon as possible and put them directly into the refrigerator or freezer you're ready to use them.
