You can survive on a meat only diet but it's not really healthy to eat nothing but meat.
To keep your body healthy you also need to eat fruits and vegetables for the Vitamins and Nutrients that the Vegetables and fruits provide.
Meat is healthy in moderation and we do need meat for the protein but sticking to a meat only diet is not a healthy choice.
So to keep your body healthy and hopefully live a long and healthy life eat some meat but add some vegetables and fruits to the diet as well.
