When you go to visit Youtube and the page displays a 503 network error it's a problem on Youtube's servers and their server admins will have to fix the error.
It's nothing to do with your computer or network but instead just a problem on the server side of Youtube.
It should fix itself within 30 minutes to an hour and all you can do is wait it out.
