No that tiny speck of blood in the eggs is not a tiny chicken.

The blood that occurs in the egg is not a fertilized egg but instead the tiny speck of blood in the egg by a rupture of the blood vessel during the formation.

You can remove the speck of blood and still safely eat the egg if you want too and it's not harmful but can look disgusting.
