Eating Grapefruit daily can help ward off heart disease, strokes, heart attacks and may even help prevent cancer.
Grapefruits are high in antioxidants, fiber, nutrients and Vitamins which can help boost your immune system as well and may even prevent the flu or cold virus from affecting your body.
Grapefruit can also help you lose weight and provide you with needed energy.
I try to eat a Grapefruit at least 3 times per week because I could not eat them daily and still you can reap the health benefits by eating Grapefruits as much as you want or can eat.
I like to add some sugar to the Grapefruit to make it taste better.
