Aggravated Robbery is robbery that is done with a deadly weapon and means that the person intended to cause harm to the person or people being robbed if they don't hand over the money or whatever they're robbing.

Or in some cases they intend to harm the person they're robbing anyway.

Aggravated Robbery is a serious crime and charge and can land you in prison from 15 to 25 years or even life in some states.

In Texas the robber can get a minimum sentence of 5 years but in most cases the robber will get from 99 years to life in a state prison.
