The teas I like to drink when I'm sick or have the flu is chamomile tea and peppermint tea.
I also mix the teas with a bit of lemon juice and honey which makes the tea work better at making me feel better.
The honey mixed in with the tea also soothes my throat and keeps it lubricated to help get rid of a sore throat and to prevent a sore throat from becoming worse.
The lemon juice in the tea will provide you with some vitamins to help boost your immune system as well.
