Peaches are a very good source of many nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc so that makes peaches a good fruit to eat to stay healthy.
But peaches do contain potassium which is also healthy in low doses but you could get too much potassium by eating too many peaches which could lead to Hyperkalemia.
But other than that you might get a stomach ache or diarrhea as well but eating some peaches everyday shouldn't be a problem.
But if you start feeling sick then you should cut back on the amount of peaches you're eating.
