Eating Cabbage whether cooked or raw is healthy for you.

But when you cook cabbage by boiling the cabbage or steaming the cabbage it releases more antioxidants which is better for your health.

The nutrients are released much more as well from the cooked cabbage so to get the most of the health benefits from cabbage steam or boil it.
