Coffee is more acidic than tea so if you suffer from stomach or other digestive issues then coffee may irritate your stomach and then tea would be better for your stomach than coffee.
But if you have no digestive issues then drinking coffee along with tea is best for you since coffee is anti inflammatory and can help with some stomach problems and help prevent diseases such as heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and even dementia.
