Coffee is anti inflammatory and studies have shown that coffee due to it's anti inflammatory properties can help prevent cardiovascular problems such as heart disease, heart attacks and strokes.

Drinking Coffee daily can also prevent inflammation as well and may even prevent dementia and cancer.

Coffee can also protect you against Parkinson's disease, cirrhosis of the liver, lower your risk of diabetes and lower your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.

People who drink coffee daily don't get heart disease as much as other people who don't drink coffee so drinking coffee is a good thing for your health.
